Rental Property Mold Remediation and Full Interior Renovation

This one started with a real problem. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold - the kind that spreads across every inch of drywall and tells you the moisture issue has been going on for a while. We've seen this before. And we know that if you just paint over it and call it a day, you're setting the next tenant up for a health hazard. So we didn't do that.

We stripped the ceiling down to the joists and insulation, dealt with the moisture source, and rebuilt from scratch. That's what proper mold remediation actually looks like. No shortcuts. Once the structure was clean and dry, we could move forward with the rest of the renovation - and there was a lot of it.

We ran new flooring throughout the entire home. Dark, wood-look luxury vinyl plank went into the bedrooms, kitchen, hallways, and both bathrooms. It's durable, easy to clean, and a massive upgrade from whatever was underneath. The bathrooms got fresh interior painting too - a cool blue that works with the existing fixtures and gives the space a polished, move-in-ready feel. One bathroom kept the charming clawfoot tub and pedestal sink, and we made sure the new flooring and paint framed those pieces the right way.

The rest of the house got the same attention. Fresh paint throughout, new flooring in every room, and details like the board-and-batten wainscoting in the hallway that add a layer of character you don't usually see in a rental. The bedrooms are clean, neutral, and bright. The kitchen got new flooring to match the rest of the home and ties the whole space together.

This is the kind of work landlords and property owners need when a rental has really been through it. Not a quick coat of paint - a real reset that protects the property's value and makes it somewhere a tenant actually wants to live.
